1. Eligibility

  • You are the legal owner of the diabetic supplies or have permission to sell them.
  • The supplies are unopened, unexpired, and in original packaging.
  • The products were not obtained through Medicare, Medicaid, or any other government-funded program.

2. Product Acceptance

We inspect all products upon arrival. We reserve the right to reject or adjust payment for items that:

  • Are expired or within 10 months of expiration.
  • Have damaged, opened, or altered packaging.
  • Do not match the description provided during the quote process.

Items that are not accepted may be returned or disposed of at our discretion. Upon arrival, terms and conditions may vary based on item condition.

3. Payment

After receiving and inspecting your supplies, payment will be processed within [X] business days.

  • Payment options may include PayPal, Zelle, check, or another agreed-upon method.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate payment information.

4. Shipping

We may provide a prepaid shipping label. It is your responsibility to properly package your supplies to prevent damage during shipping.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit due to improper packaging.

5. Prohibited Items

We do not accept:

  • Supplies purchased through insurance or government assistance programs.
  • Used, opened, or damaged items.
  • Any medications or controlled substances.

6. Liability

Diabetic Supply Exchange is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims related to the sale of your supplies.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
